Welcome to SEOElite. By commissioning our specialized technical search engine optimization consulting, Core Web Vitals optimization, or authority link building services, you consent to compile strictly with the following Service Agreement:

1. Performance SLA Scope and Safe Harbor

While SEOElite deploys state-of-the-art crawl diagnostics, semantic entities, and manual editorial outreach, search algorithms are governed autonomously by their proprietary developers (including Google LLC). Therefore, all client deliverables represent professional technical execution rather than static position guarantees.

2. Billing Currencies and Covenants

Our campaigns operate on flexible month-to-month terms supported in USD or INR currencies. Standard subscriptions require a rolling 30-day email cancelation notice before new billing cycles execute. Subscriptions are billed upfront on the 1st day of each campaign interval.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

Upon full compensation settlement, all custom copywriting content clusters, localized landing page layouts, code modifications, and technical schema files constructed by SEOElite transfer permanently to your business asset registry.

4. Consultation Support & Jurisdiction
